MUST LABEL AND DATE FOODS INSIDE WALK IN COOLER (FIRST IN FIRST OUT).
2-COMPARTMENT SINK COMPARTMENT DIVIDER IN POOR REPAIR/WATER LEAKING INTO BOTH COMPARTMENTS. MUST REPAIR SINK.

FOUND OVER 15 MICE DROPPINGS ON PREP AREA COUNER/SHELF, UNDER WAFFLE MACHINE. MUST REMOVE ALL DROPPINGS BY DATE OF REINSPECTION (10/22/12).
