OBSERVED BOTH MOP SINKS NOT MAINTAINED/CLEANED.MUST CLEAN SINKS AND MAINTAIN.
OBSERVED DOOR ATTACHMENT WORN AT BOTTOM OF FRONT DOORS.MUST REPLACE.
FLOORS NOT CLEANED UNDER STORAGE UNITS IN CHEMICAL/MOP ROOM.MUST CLEAN DEBRIS/MAINTAIN.
