All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily.OBSERVED THE FOLLOWING NOT CLEAN COUNTER TOP UNDER AND AROUND THE STRAW HOLDER, CHERRY SLURPEE DRIP TRAY, AND BURITTO HOT ROLLER DRIP TRAY, INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN ALL ABOVE ITEMS.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair.OBSERVED THE FLOOR IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS NOT CLEAN WALK-IN COOLER, FRONT/REAR STORAGE, UNDER AND AROUND ATM MACHINE, RESTROOM AND HALLWAY TO RESTROOM. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN THE ABOVE AREAS.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned.OBSERVED THE WALLS/CEILING NOT CLEAN IN WALK-IN COOLER, REPAIR WALL HOLE IN HALLWAY GOING TO RESTROOM, CLEAN WALL BEHIND CHERRY SLURPEE. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND REPAIR ABOVE ITEMS.

THE FOLLOWING NOT CLEAN, MUST CLEAN/SANITIZE AND MAINTAIN, COOLERS, FREEZERS, STORAGE SHELVES THRU-OUT PREMISES, HOT HOLDING UNITS, CABINETS UNDER COFFEE AND SODAS MACHINES, TRAY FOR SAME UNITS, DISPLAY SHELVES, AND PASTRIES HOLDING CASES.
