Rustic Canyon Park

Rustic Canyon Park is located at Latimer Road in Pacific Palisades, which is a district of Los Angeles, California. The park is approximately 25 minutes drive from Los Angeles International Airport. The park features many sports facilities and a recreation center, which opens 9am to 10pm Monday to Thursday, 9am to 7.30 pm on Fridays and 9am to 6pm Saturday and Sundays.

Visitors to the park can enjoy many recreational activities, especially sports as there are amongst other things six tennis courts open to the public. Tennis lessons are available here as well as swimming lessons at the public pool during the summer months. There is also a gymnasium with scheduled volleyball and basketball games during the week, but it is open to the public at weekends.

The recreation center has numerous classes for people interested in ceramics or jewelry making and children can attend ballet, piano and art classes here. Children also have a playground to keep them amused with a sandpit, swings and a climbing frame. Birthday parties can be held here too as there are picnic tables, barbecues and restrooms. Dogs are welcome at the park, but must be kept on a leash.
