InterContinental Mark Hopkins


The InterContinental Mark Hopkins Hotel is located on Nob Hill in San Francisco, California. The hotel was opened in 1926 amid much fanfare. Since its opening the hotel has been important to the city's economy and visitors. Three cable car lines cross the hotel area, along with numerous landmarks, Chinatown and the Financial District being nearby. Fisherman's Wharf and the Golden Gate Bridge are short drives from the InterContinental Mark Hopkins Hotel.

Amenities and services provided at the hotel include a 24 hour fitness room, pool, off site fitness area, live entertainment, and business services. For business amenities one can do copying, use the courier service, use internet and email, as well as send other communications. High speed internet access is in all the rooms.

The hotel offers suites, executive club level and standard hotel rooms. There are five suites with cable, CD player, DVD player, television, video equipment, in room movies, sound system, stereo, and video rental. Club level offers business services in addition to the amenities of the suites. The standard rooms have the typical offerings of all hotels with king or double bed options, cable, voicemail and wireless internet. Dining is breakfast only at the Royal Ambassador for an additional fee.
