Alisal Guest Ranch and Resort

The Alisal Guest Ranch and Resort is located along Alisal Road in Solvang, California and features a beautiful guest retreat in the heart of the Santa Ynez Valley and Santa Barbara wine country. The resort has been welcoming all kinds of guests since 1946, including large business groups, families, and couples on weekend getaways. The resort appears reluctant to move forward in time but is content to offer the Wild West the way it should be to its visitors.

The hotel offers a variety of activities and attractions for its guests including horseback riding, lake activities, tennis, fitness center, golf course, and a number of kids' activities. The fitness center and spa provides a 6,000 square foot facility complete with a cardio and weight room, private and group fitness classes, spa treatments, and plenty of opportunities to rest and relax. The fitness center is open daily from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. and the spa opens at 9 a.m. and closes at 6 p.m. Specialized spa treatments can be arranged by phoning ahead of time to schedule.

Dining options at the Alisal Guest Ranch include a luxurious dining room featuring Chef Gode. Fresh cuisine with a western flair are provided in a unique rugged and western themed setting.
