We left for Orlando on 4/6/2011. The airport now has an additional airline, but has not increased its ticket counter or its security or gate numbers. We stood in line for 1 hr. to get tickets (with now open seating) and then about another hr. to get through security. I am glad the airport is expanding, but people were being let out on the runway, because they were backed up and we were late leaving. At least open another security and a gate to leave by so that planes are not backed up or make the departure times farther apart. This is the first time I have been disappointed with the service. I got there more than 2 hrs. early, thank goodness. If flights had not been delayed, people would have missed them.
