I am chairman of the Franklin County Airport Commission. The airport (7M5) is owned by Franklin County. Your information shows Bill Grey as the airport manager. He is not the manager and has not been for years. There is no manager or FBO at the airprot. We do have self service 100LL fuel available - 24 hour.
