Was at the park and this plane came very low and looked like it was going to hit the water tower, It freaked me out! Seems like there should be some regulations on how low you can fly. This plane was not that small either. This happened today around 8:30 pm 7/23/13. I think it was dangerous whoever was flying that plane. There were some other ladies at the park that were pretty shocked by it too. It looked like it was going toward your airport to land.
