Remarks: DURING LANDING FLARE PAX INFORMED PILOT THAT THERE WAS A DEER OFF THE RT SIDE OF THE RWY. PILOT ATTEMPTED TO GO-AROUND; HOWEVER, THE DEER HIT THE TAIL OF THE A/C, JAMMING THE ELEVATOR CONTROL SURFACE. A/C CLIMBED TO 20-25 FT THEN ENTERED A NOSE DOWN DESCENT TO THE RWY. NOSE CONTACTED RWY 1ST. & A/C SLID OFF SIDE OF RWY & NOSED OVER. A/C WAS DESTROYED. MINOR INJURY TO PILOT & PASSENGER.
