The person taking my order was unfamiliar with the menu and rang up 3 of my 4 items incorrectly, then they were mocking me for correcting them when I got to the window. The lady at the window turned around to her and said "He's looking at us." I pulled away and checked to see that my food was correct. It was not. Upon requesting a remake, they violated health regulations by taking the food from me out of my car back into the drive through window. They remade the food, but gave me a smaller size than what I ordered/paid for and said "It's a remake, I'm not doing it again." as though I was trying to steal a $3 order of fries. I asked for my money back, spoke to the manager (Amy), got a refund, and left with no food.
