    --Observed wet wiping cloths not being stored in sanitizer solution. PIC stated that a new policy of one use wipe cloths is to be implemented. When this policy is implemented, no wiping cloths should be observed at any time laying on equipment.

    --Observed an accumulation of pink and black mold on the harvest shield in the ice machine.

    --Observed single-service, single-use articles (box on straws) stored, in back hall way, directly on the floor and not 6 inches above the floor.
