--3 trays of spaghetti and meatballs were ON pans in holding cabinet as opposed to being IN wells. Internal =107*F. Had been heated this morning and placed here 1 hr ago. Re-heated to internal= 190*F during inspection and will be held at internal =135*F or higher. Food IN well was at proper temperature. Similar violation was noted on last year's report. Please correct and keep corrected to avoid more regulatory action.

--No nutrition info label on no sugar added pies in retail sales. Supplied. Some multiple ingredient foods(eg, banana chips in bags, smoked ham hocks, etc..) do not bear ingredient labels. Please supply by 5/21/14.
