--Take-out bowls and paper bowls, were found in use to handle brown rice and red quinoa. Only scoops with handles may be used to handle foods, in order to minimize hand contact with the food. REMOVE ALL TAKE-OUT BOWLS AND OTHER BOWLS, FROM FOOD CONTAINERS TODAY AND USE ONLY DEPT-APPROVED SCOOPS WITH HANDLES.
Handwashing Facility Installation (46.822(b))
--The handwash sink located in the employee restroom area does not have water at a temperature of at least 100°F. Water temperature yields fluctuated between 66°F and 88°F. Must maintain 100°F or greater for all food handling staff. Please adjust mixing valve accordingly. Store Leader will ensure corrections with 24 hours.
Certified Food Manager (CFM)
--The food facility does not maintain Certified Food Manager records as required. Mr. Hendro Yudiono will most likely be the CCHD CFM. A copy of the serve safe certificate was obtained and valid through March 2019. A CCHD CFM application will mailed to the facility.
