The food is decent, but not especially great. A lot of ore packaged salads and store bought rolls and sauces/dressings/desserts. For the price you can get much better food elsewhere around Cincinnati, although the fine dining options in union Kentucky are a bit more limited. Ambiance wise it's a club style bar and restaurant with a big screen which us fine to watch the game, but not especially nice. The wait staff is always very nice, but it's not an extremely upscale place, so you don't get the rate A service that you'd find in other country clubs. They allow smoking at the bar and the wait staff often smells of smoke as well. Fine if you're a smoker but not very nice otherwise.
