COS- moved hamburger to the bottom shelf.
- KDA_3_30212 - --Located on the shelf above the prep counter, there was an unlabeled container of brown liquid and an unlabeled container of yellow liquid which the kitchen employee identified as Worcestershire sauce and butter liquid, respectively. Located under the prep counter, there was a large plastic non food grade container of light tan powder which the kitchen employee identified as flour mixture. Located on a counter at the bar, there was an unlabeled container of brown liquid which the bartender identified as Worcestershire sauce.
- KDA_3_30412B - --Located in the large plastic non food grade container of flour mixture under the kitchen prep counter, there was a single use foam cup with no handle stored in contact with the flour mixture.
- KDA_3_30511A1 - --Located next to the stove in the kitchen, there was a bag of potatoes stored on the floor.
- KDA_3_50113A - --Located on the side table by the three compartment sink, there were two packages of sliced turkey breast thawing at room temperature.
- KDA_4_10111A - --Located under the prep counter in the kitchen, there was a large plastic non food grade container use to store flour mixture. There was not a food grade liner in the container. COS- moved flour mixture into food grade bags until they get a food grade container.
- KDA_4_20211A2 - --Located on the dish shelf above the three compartment sink in the kitchen, there was one plastic food container that had a corner cracked off. COS- discarded.
- KDA_4_60111A - --Located in a drawer under the prep counter, there was a pair of tongs stored as clean that was soiled with dried food debris. COS- moved to wash area. Located on the dish shelf above the kitchen three vat sink, there was one plastic food container stored as clean that was soiled with dried food debris and one plastic food container stored as clean that was soiled with a sticker. COS- moved to wash area.
- KDA_5_20511B - --The kitchen hand sink was being used to cold hold containers of shredded and sliced cheese, cut onions, and cut tomatoes. COS- moved food items to RIC, drained ice from sink.
