Follow-up to Administrative Order

KDA_3_50114A2 - --In the Kenmore refrigerator, there was a deep container of beans with lid on at 45.9F. The beans were cooked in the morning yesterday and were put in the fridge to start cooling at 6:00pm. The beans did not cool down to 41F within 6 hours. Cos- discarded.
KDA_3_50116A2 - --In the Kenmore refrigerator, there was a bag of shredded cheese at 44.4F. Cos- discarded. Note: all other food items in fridge were at 41F or below. Ambient of cooler ranged from 37.2 to 40.1.
KDA_4_60111A - --There were three knives stored as clean that were soiled with food debris. Corrected on site (cos)- employee put knives in wash sink.
KDA_6_20215A3 - --There is a quarter inch gap at the bottom of the west side door.
