Y'all have lost my patronage for food until I get some sort of response on your idiotic business practices. There is no nice way to say it. It is fitting to the definition of the words "stupid" "idiotic" and dare I say asinine?
Service is never consistent. You may get a couple teaspoons of meat in all your tacos and a burrito that barely has beans in it or you may get what you expect.
You should change your establishment to DRIVE THROUGH ONLY if your lobby is not going to be open CONSISTENTLY!!!! This is my biggest gripe.
Guess what? Taco shop gives a consistent customer experience. Fuzzys, torchys, even TACO BELL gives a consistent experience. They don't taste as good as your products, but if I know what I'm going to get each time and know what to expect and can actually eat inside these places at ANY OF THEIR LOCATIONS because they have OPEN LOBBIES, guess what? They win and you lose.
FIX-THE-PROBLEM. Or have fun going out of business. AGAIN! I don't know why I can't uncheck service and ambiance. NOTHING is good about this place unless you win your crap shoot or blackjack hand.
I don't expect to ever hear from anyone, because I don't believe they care at all. Which is the biggest nail in their coffin. Can a place make a better taco than Taco Bell? Absolutely. I think taco shop does too. But you know what taco shop also does? They provide a CONSISTENT experience and listen to/respond to customer concerns.
Take note, or take your golden watch and be a has been. Going through the drive through, ordering the same thing every time and product quality is different every time you go and eating in your car because the lobby is never open is unacceptable. Fix it.
Would you recommend TACO TICO to others? No
