  • KDA_2_30114H - --In the deli area, the cook was handling raw chicken and putting in it the fryer. She then touched her apron, picked up a writing pen and wrote in a notebook. She then put cooked corn dogs in the hot case(she did not touch the cook corn dogs) and then came back and touched raw chicken with out a glove change or hand washing. COS-gloves changed and hands washed. Educated on proper hand washing and glove change.
  • KDA_Defacto - --The hand washing sink in the deli area was at 98.3F. It took the water running about five minutes to get it to that temperature. The hand washing sink in the hot food cooking area was at 100F. It took the water running about five minutes to get to that temperature. The three compartment sink, was at 100F plus.

  • KDA_3_20215 - --The following canned items were founds on customer shelves and had dents. Red Gold tomato puree 15oz., Great Value pasta rings and meatballs 15oz., La Costena Jalapenos 26oz., Quacker quick oats 42oz. and Campbells home style harvest tomato basil 18.7oz. COS-these items were removed from shelf.
  • KDA_3_50116A1 - --Up by the register there is a pizza hot box. It held three cooked on site pepperoni pizzas. They were 126.5F, 122.5F,120.4F.Person in charge said they had been in there since 1:00 PM. Ambient of the hot box was 154F. COS-pizza were discarded.
  • KDA_3_50116A2 - --In the case with the hotdogs they had cases of hotdogs stacked two high. The two front rows that were stacked three high had temperatures of 45.8F, 43.4F, 43.7, 41.3F. Employee said they had been in there since at least 6:30AM. COS-Hotdogs were discarded. Since this was the only cold holding violation, I issued a FWL.
  • KDA_4_20211A2 - --In the deli area stored above the three compartment sink in the knife rack, there was one knife stored with a piece of metal missing in the food contact area of the knife.
  • KDA_4_60111A - --Above the three compartment sink in the deli area, there were two knives in a knife box that were stored as clean that had dried on food debris. COS-items were placed at three compartment sink.
  • KDA_4_60111C - --In the following areas the fan covers had an accumulation of dust. Walk in freezer, walk in producer cooler, walk in deli cooler, bakery walk in cooler, bakery walk in freezer and deli walk in freezer.
  • KDA_6_20215A3 - --In the receiving area, the garage door on the left has a 1" gap. Employee said the pin is broken.
  • KDA_6_50112A - --There was ice accumulation in the following areas. Ice cream freezer, Deli walk in freezer. In the pet food aisle, last row to the east, there is trash,, loose pet food, cobwebs under a shelf near the post. Under the can cat food shelf, there is loose pet food. Under the cat litter stored on blue pallets, there is an accumulation of loose cat litter. Under blue pallets where dry cat food is stored there is loose cat food.
  • KDA_7_10211 - --In the meat area, there was a spray bottle with a clear liquid in it with out a common name. Employee said it was sanitizer. COS-bottle was emptied.
  • KDA_7_20111A - --In the storage area near the meat walk in, there were eight containers of disinfectant wipes stored touching boxes of double zipper quart storage bags. In the back storage area on a shelf, there was cascade rinse aid, fabric softener sheets and disinfectant wipes stored over Reynolds freezer wrap and sandwich bags. COS-these items were moved so they were not in contact with single serve items.

Customer reach in case, burrito 36.2F, uncooked pizza 36F, packaged salads 34.7F, market side valley sliced cheese 32 slices 41.9F,Market side deli sandwich 42.2F, Market side BLT salad 36.3F, apple smoked gouda cheese 39.9. In the walk in deli cooler, southwest salad 39.8F. In the deli lunch meat case, garlic bologna 38.2F, muenster cheese 31.5F, pepper turkey 38.5F. Produce walk in cooler, head of cabbage 40.3F. Ambient of meat walk in cooler 34.2F. Ambient of dairy cooler 41.7F. Biscuit case ambient 41.3F, ambient of yogurt case 40.6F, ambient of cottage cheese case 39.4F, ambient of egg case 44.8, cheese case 39.2F.
