He stated he poured the chili into the 5-gallon container this morning at approximately 5:00 am and placed it in the RIC. COS-discarded.
- KDA_3_50115A - --In the RIC, there was a 5-gallon plastic container filled to capacity and sealed tightly with a plastic lid. The owner reported he allowed the chili to cool at room temperature overnight prior to pouring into plastic container.
