4-302.14 - --There was not any test strips for the chlorine sanitizer which is used in the 3 vat sink. COS. Test strips were provided.
KDA_2_40111 - --Located on the preparation table, there is one drinking cup with liquid and no lid and it is sitting beside the foil. Employee said it is her personal drink of water. COS. Educated staff. Cup was moved.
KDA_3_30211A1b - --Located in the display RIC, there were 2 dozen raw shell eggs sitting above 6 containers of RTE cooked pudding. COS. Eggs were moved.
KDA_3_30412B - --Inside the flour and sugar containers, the scoops were inside and the handles were touching the food. COS. scoops were moved.
KDA_3_30511A1 - --There was one case of raw potatoes sitting on the floor in the storage room. COS. Potatoes were placed on shelving.
KDA_3_50116A2 - --Located in the RIC display there were 20 bottles of milk being stored at 53.5F. Milk had been in unit more than 4 hours. COS. Milk was VD. Located in the RIC in the kitchen there were several food items being held above 41F and PIC said they had been in the unit more than 4 hours. Foods were cheese 50.4F

KDA_4_50111A - --The RIF has ice build up dripping on the food items. PIC said they were having a problem with the RIF defrost.

The vent hood filters have an accumulation of grease debris. The cooking stove has a large accumulation of grease debris. The smoker cabinet has an accumulation of food debris. The lids to the flour and sugar containers have an accumulation of dried food debris. The shelving units and counters in the kitchen all have an accumulation of dried food debris.
