COS Items were placed in the three vat sink for cleaning. KDA_5_20511B - --There were several plastic bowls, and lids being stored in the hand washing sink basin. Was not able to wash hands until removed. COS Items were removed. KDA_5_50117 - --There is no cover on the trash receptacle located in the unisex employee restroom.
