Alternatively, they could use a large pan that is taller than the sink by a minimum of 1 inch, place a colander in the top of the pan, and rinse the apples in the colander, letting them drain out. This way, the apples would be above the edge of the flood rim and may still be washed off. COS - the apples were removed from the sink.
KDA_7_10211 - --There is an unlabeled spray bottle with a liquid inside in the cabinet below the hand sink in the kitchen. It was identified by the kitchen manager as being soapy water. COS - she dumped the spray bottle out.
