KDA_3_30412B - --In the bulk ice bin, the ice scoop handle was in direct contact with the ice. Corrected on site: Educated and the scoop was placed so the handle was not touching the ice.
KDA_3_30611 - --The hot dog roller grill cover is missing the lid. Corrected on site: The manager said they are not using it and that they are in the process of planning to put in a new kitchen area. DO NOT USE this unless it has the proper lid.
KDA_3_50116A1 - --The Gehl's Nacho Cheese Machine is not maintaining 135F above for the cheese. The temperature was 106.3F. Corrected on site: The manager unplugged the machine and will clean it. DO NOT USE until it can maintain the food items at 135F or above. The small amount of cheese sauce was voluntarily discarded in the trash.
KDA_4_50111A - --The lid to the bulk ice machine is missing. Establishment is using a sheet of plastic to keep debris from falling inside the ice bin.
