KDA_4_60111C - --The hand sink and towel dispenser in bar #1 has an accumulation of dirt debris. The soda nozzle rubber holders have an accumulation of pink mold debris. The floor of the WIC has an accumulation of trash debris. The floor of the WIC in the lower level has an accumulation of water debris. All bar areas have an accumulation of black sticky debris and trash debris on the floors under the equipment. All ceiling fans and exposed pipes in the ceiling have an accumulation of lent debris. All floor fans have a large accumulation of lent debris.
KDA_4_60211E4 - --The ice machine guard plate has visible pink/black mold on the edges. The soda nozzles have an accumulation of black sticky mold in the dispense holes.
