KDA_6_50112A - --There is dried on food debris on the wall where the knife strip is located. Under the ware washing machine, the wall is soiled with yellow and brown debris. There is black mold on the wall under the hand washing sink and the south wall by the soda pop concentrates and under the shelf they are kept on. There is water on the floor in front of the walk in freezer, which is caused by the drain pipe beside it being plugged. Where the extra pop concentrates are kept, there is dirt and debris and empty boxes. There is black debris along all of the wall baseboard area in the kitchen. On the make table under the pass thru window, a crock of marinara sauce 170.7F. --In the walk in cooler, single serve bowls of lettuce salad 40.4F. On the make table cooler, sliced tomatoes 42.2F.
