KDA_4_20216 - --There was a knife block storing ten knifes and a pair of kitchen shears. COS-knifes were removed from knife block. KDA_4_204112B - --The thermometer on the walk in cooler is reading 20F. KDA_4_60111A - --Hanging on a wall stored as clean, was five metal and two black plastic serving spoons, one metal spatula, one black plastic spatula and a potato masher that had dried on food debris. In a plastic container stored as clean were four metal tongs and one green rubber spatula that had dried on food debris and grease on them. Person in charge said they will be cleaned on Friday night when they have kitchen help. On a shelf, stored as clean was a white measuring cup with an accumulation of debris. COS-Person in charge discarded KDA_4_60211E4 - --There is black mold on the rubber seal and on the metal deflector of the ice-o-matic ice machine. KDA_4_60212B - --The interior walls of both microwaves have an accumulation of dried on food debris. Person in charge said, they do not use the Sunbeam. KDA_4_60213 - --The floor next to the fryer has an accumulation of grease. KDA_5_20315 - --The pop carbonator in the bar does not have a vent on the double check valve. The carbonator in the bingo hall does not have a double check valve with a vent. KDA_5_20515B - --The pipe under the three compartment sink is leaking. KDA_6_30112 - --At the hand washing sink in the bar, there were no hand drying towels. COS-towels were placed at hand washing sink. KDA_6_50111 - --There is one stained tile above the three compartment sink, three stained tile above the walk in cooler. KDA_6_50112A - --The shelves in the reach in cooler where the beer is stored has an accumulation of debris. The shelf in the kitchen where the serving dishes are stored has food debris on them.
