PIC stated the sandwiches had been in the hot holding until since 5AM. COS, items discarded. KDA_4_60211E4 - --Dried debris and mold was on the soda nozzles. KDA_5_20515B - --The water faucet of the 3 compartment sink was only capable to filling water into the 2nd, and 3rd compartment sink only. The faucet is too short to fill up the 1st compartment sink. PIC stated a bucket is used to fill up the 1st compartment sink. KDA_6_30111 - --No hand soap was at the handsink next to the soda fountain area. COS, hand soap provided. KDA_6_501111A - --30 Fresh mouse droppings on the floor under storage racks in the back food storage area. KDA_6_501111B4 - --The back food storage area is a place for pest harborage. KDA_6_50112A - --Food debris on the floor of the walk in cooler. Dust on the walls inside the walk in cooler. Caps off the soda syrup on the floor around the soda syrup storage area. Soda syrup on the floor around the soda syrup storage area. The back storage has spell chemical, food, and damage products on the floor. KDA_7_20111A - --A spray bottle of cleaner was stored next to soda syrup on the storage in the back storage area. COS, chemical removed. KDA_7_20612 - --A single packet of green rodent bait was on the floor next to a rodent bait station. The rodent bait packet was not into a bait station. COS, bait packet removed.
