Observation: The rear receiving door was not insect/rodent tight.

Observation: The spray nozzle and hose was leaking at the three compartment sink. Owner stated that there was a replacement on the truck. Not all handsinks and three compartment sinks were secured and caulked to the wall.

Observation: Lettuce on the make line was at 44 degrees. Mayonnaise on the make line was 47-51 degrees. Correct cooler issue today.

Observation: In the walk-in cooler, the condenser unit pipe was dripping water. This dripping water was near cheeses and lettuce which are used in a bacon cheeseburger. Discussed the importance of contamination with the GM. GM stated that with issue would be fixed today.

Observation: Hood filters were soiled near fryers.

Observation: The drink lids and to go containers near the cookline and drive-thru window were not stored to prevent contamination. PIC corrected at time of inspection.
