Observation: 1) Ice Cream machine holding liquid cream was 54* F. Machine is no linger in use and service called today 2) Turbo Air Candy reach-in cooler was 43*F, temp turned down. Will also get serviced.

Observation: Must date mark cut tomatoes, lettuce, deli meat, cooked meat, and hot dogs if not used within 24 hours after opening package or preparation. Have 7 days from date mark to use or discard.
- Food employees hair is effectively restrained
Observation: Must war effective hair restraint (hat, hair net, visor, or bandanna) REPEAT VIOLATION.
- Physical facilities maintained in good repair
Observation: Missing floor tile in several ares behind counter. Replace to make floor smooth, nonabsorbent, and easily cleanable. REPEAT VIOLATION
