    Observation: Milk observed in True reach in cooler did not have a date mark. Must date mark all ready to eat food with date opened/prepared and then discard within 7 days. Dated at time of inspection.

    Observation: Hand sinks in the kitchen and service area do not have hand towels provided. Must have a hand drying method available at all hand sinks used by food service employees. Restocked at time of inspection.
  • Separating raw animal foods from raw ready to eat food and separating raw animal food from cooked ready to eat foods
    Observation: Eggs were stored above apples in the True stand up reach in cooler. Must store all raw animal products below all ready to eat food to prevent contamination. Moved at time of inspection.
