Observation: Chlorine sanitizer in the sink was tested low below 50 ppm. Manager made fresh sanitizer solution, checked concentration one and corrected on site.

Observation: Inside of the cabinets in the serving area under coffee machine there are food debris accumulation.

Observation: Dented can was observed on can rack. All food must be protected from contamination from package. Removed during inspection. CORRECTED.

Observation: Goulash in reach-in cooler dated 12/5 and rice dated 12/9. All potentially hazardous foods must be dated and discarded within 7 days. Discarded during inspection. CORRECTED.

Observation: 1) Flat rack for dish machine in poor repair. 2) Container for ice tea lid is broken. All equipment must be maintained in good repair. Replace as needed.

Raw hamburger being stored over ice tea containers and fruit. All food must be stored in a manner that prevent cross contamination. Hamburger moved to bottom shelve during inspection. CORRECTED.

Reusing carboard boxes to stored cookies in freezer. All surfaces exposed to food and food items must be smooth, nonabsorbent, and easily cleanable. Do not reuse cardboard. CORRECTED.

Cabinet under ice machine has visable water damage. RR counter is missing laminate on corner. All surfaces exposed to food and splashing must be smooth, cleanable, and nonabsorbent. Make repairs as needed.

Light in home style fridge is not shielded or shatter proof. All lights exposed to food and food items must be shielded or shatter proof. Change bulb or provide shield.
