If food remains on premises for period longer than 24 hours after opening it must be date marked and discarded after 7 days time. Gravy was discarded at time of inspection.
Handwashing signage Observation: Men's restroom hand-washing sign had been ripped off the wall. All hand-washing sinks used by employees shall have a sign which notifies employees to wash their hands.

Handwashing cleanser, availability Observation: Soap dispensers need to be installed in both men and women's restroom.
Plumbing system repaired according to law Observation: Provide a food preparation sink to wash vegetables for pizzas. Ensure a 1 inch air gap is provided in drain line.
Material characteristics of non-food contact surfaces Observation: 1) Caulk around both hand sinks in restrooms. 2) Cupboard doors under pop machine are warped and no longer cleanable. Having doors replaced this week.
