Observation: Cove base in garage cooking area is missing leaving a gap between the wall covering and the floor. 2)Storage areas in garage are bare wood and need to be sealed. 3) Cove base or sealant needs installed for the floor wall juncture behind the bar area.

- Sanitization methods - hot water, chemical
Observation: 1)Sanitizer concentration is tested lower then 10ppm. Chlorine sanitizer concentration must be maintained between 50-100ppm. Must use chlorine test strip to test after each made. 2)Didn't have correct sanitizer at bar. For food facility, must use Chlorine, Quat, or Iodine as food contact surface sanitizer.
- Test kit provided and used to measure sanitizing solution concentration
Observation: Using bleach water for sanitizer. Must provide chlorine test strips to ensure bleach water concentration is maintained between 50-100ppm.

Observation: Didn't provide food thermometer. Must have thin prob food thermometer to ensure internal food temperature.

Observation: Vents are dusty in walk-in cooler. Must clean more frequently to prevent contamination.
