- Cleanability of floors, walls, and ceilings
Observation: The following areas need to be addressed for cleanablity, 1) Flooring under 3 tank sink must be sealed with an approved sealant in commercial kitchens, 2) cove base to be installed at floor wall juncture, 3) all caulking must be completed.
- Refuse, recyclables, and returnables

- Plumbing system maintained in good repair
Observation: Drain lines on ice bin and hand sink splash on floor. Adjust as needed.
- Cold and hot holding equipment used for PHF/TCS foods are equipped with at least one temperature measuring device that measures temperature in the coldest part of a hot holding unit or the warmest part of a cold holding unit and located and designed to allow for easy viewing.
Observation: All coolers must be provided a thermometer. Provide in each unit.
- Handwashing sinks-Numbers, capacities, location, and placement
Observation: Bar hand sink installed at 27". Hand sinks must be accessible and installed between 32-36". Spoke with plumber to change faucet type.
- Outer openings are protected
Observation: Garage doors installed and intended to be open during business. All outer openings must be protected from the entry of bugs or rodents. Provide screen doors or air curtain if doors are opened.
- Backflow protection

Observation: Every entrance and exit to be used by employees or public must have state approved "No Smoking" sign. Given during inspection.
- Handwashing signage
Observation: Every hand sink to be used by employees must have a sign posted reminding them to wash hands. Given during inspection. Post at hand sinks.
- Equipment location, installation, repair, and adjustment
Observation: Ice machine is non-operational due to electrical issue. All equipment must be maintained according to manufacturer. Repair issue or remove machine.
