    Observation: No thermometer inside reach in cooler.

    Observation: Can opener not clean to sight or touch. Manager ran the can opener through the dish machine during inspection.
  • Package integrity
    Observation: Dented marinara can on shelf. Manager removed the the can from shelf.
  • Air drying of equipment and utensils
    Observation: Food containers stored and stacked wet.
  • Separating raw animal foods from raw ready to eat food and separating raw animal food from cooked ready to eat foods
    Observation: Pork chops stored above chocolate cake dessert in walk in cooler. Manager moved the pork below dessert during inspection.
