    Didn't have a thermometer in reach-in cooler. Thermometer must be provided and readily accessible for use in ensuring attainment and maintenance of potentially hazardous food temperatures.

  • Multiuse food contact surfaces are constructed of safe materials
    1) Observed cleaned glasses were stored on paper towels on the top of the cabinet in bar. Materials that are used in the construction of utensils and food contact surfaces of equipment must be nonabsorbent, smooth, and easily cleanable surface. 2) Visable buildup on ice machine chute. Must clean more frequently to prevent contamination.
  • Separation from food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single service
    Several chemical spray bottles were stored on the top of counter and cooler. All chemical items must be stored separated from food and food contact surfaces.
  • Miscellaneous sources of contamination
    1) A plastic container of Nacho was stored on the floor in bar. Foods must be 6" off the floor to prevent contamination, and clean purposes. 2) Ice buildup in pizza reach-in freezer. Must keep freezer free of ice to prevent contamination. 3) Ice in the ice chest was uncovered. Ice must be covered except when in immediate use. REPEAT VIOLATION.

    Don't have test strips for checking concentration of QA sanitizer. Must have QA sanitizer test kit to accurately determined the correct sanitizing solution.

    Handwashing signs not posted in both restrooms. Every hand sink to be used by employees mst has sign posted reminding employees to wash their hands.
  • Date marking for ready to eat, PHF/TCS food prepared on-site or opened commercial container held for more than 24 hours
    Observed a bottle of Half & Half was not date marked. Must date mark all ready-to-eat food if not used within 24hrs after opened or preparation. Have 7 days from date marked to use of discard.
  • Material characteristics of non-food contact surfaces
    Inside of the main cabinets have bare wood surfaces exposed. Must varnish or paint with light color at least two coats to provide smooth and easily cleanable surface.
  • Outer openings are protected
    Exterior door next to the men's restroom has light showing around outer edges. Must replace weather striping or door swep to prevent entry of pest.
  • Sanitization of food contact surfaces - before use and after cleaning
    Unable to detect QA in 3 compartment. QA sanitizer must be between 200 - 400 ppm. New sanitizer was made during inspection. Corrected at time of inspection
