Observation: Didn't have sanitizer made up at time of inspection. Must have sanitizer made during all business hours to prevent buildup of bacteria. Sanitizer is the most effective way to ensure surfaces are clean.

Observation: Hand sink next to dry storage is slow to drain. Must repair to maintain in good working order.

Observation: Observed several dented cans. Must discard any can that is dented on top, bottom, or side seals. Also any can that cannot sit level on shelf without wobbling.

Observation: Visible buildup on ice machine chute. Must clean more frequently to prevent contamination. Must empty, wash, rinse, sanitize, and let air dry before refill.

Observation: Sanitizer bucket not labeled. Must label all working container with common name for easy identification.
- Storage of clean equipment and utensils
Observation: A box of single service lids was stored on the floor in storage. Single service item and food equipment must be 6" off the floor to prevent contamination and cleaning purposes.
- Frozen PHF/TCS foods are properly slacked and thawed
Observation: Frozen meat thawing in standing hot water. Must either keep water with 70*F or lower running slowly over produce or thaw in cooler. Corrected at time of inspection
- Drying mops
Observation: Used mop was stored n mop bucket with water after use. Must hang dry to prevent bacteria growth on wet mop. Suggest using mop rack to properly air dry or drape on bucket.

Observation: Must post most recent inspection report in area viewable to the public.
- Food temperature measuring devices are provided and readily accessible
Observation: Must provide penetration (thin probe) food thermometer to check food internal temperature.
- Eating, drinking, or using tobacco
Observation: Employee beverage cups have no lid. Food employee must drink from a closed beverage container to prevent mouth to hand contamination.
- Food employees hair is effectively restrained
Observation: Food employee was not wearing hair restrains. Food handling employee must wear hair net or hat to adequately restrain hair when working around food. Corrected at time of inspection.

The concentration of chlorine sanitizer was tested lower than 50ppm from dish machine. Service was provided during the inspection. Chlorine sanitizer must be maintained between 50 to 100 ppm. Corrected at time of inspection
