Observation: Test kit at deli 3 compartment sink is for quat sanitizer and the sanitizer is a dimethyl ammonium chloride. No test kit available in meat slicing area.

Observation: Chicken and mashed potatoes holding at 99-103 Degrees in deli hot hold box. Corrected on site by discard.

Observation: Exterior south door in backstock area has gap at bottom that would allow pest and vermin access to food establishment.

Observation: No sign by handwash sink in meat cutting area.

Observation: Produce staff were observed having bare hand contact with ready to eat vegetables for to go veggie tray.food was discarded at inspection and gloves were used after discussion. Bare hand contact with exposed ready to eat foods is prohibited.
- PHF/TCS foods maintained at 41°F or below, except during preparation, cooling, cooling, or when time is used as a public health control
Observation: Perimeter refrigeration was non-functional at inspection produce, dairy, meat, produce walk-in, and bunker refrigerators all on same circuit were 58 to 62 degrees. All refrigeration was corrected at inspection by moving product to functional units and repairing circuit. Produce walk-in was only remaining refrigerator not corrected however was under repair.
