Observation: The facility does not have a procedure to clean-up vomit and diarrhea. Corrected by providing them a copy of the procedures and the facility has all the items required in the procedure.

Observation: The facility does not have CFPM. According to the Manager, She took the ServSafe Course but does not have a Certificate.

Observation: Foods not cooked to 135 degrees prior to putting the food in hot hold.
- PHF/TCS food maintained at 135°F or above, except during preparation, cooking, cooling, or when time us used as a public health control
Observation: Foods stored in the plastic containers in hot hold temped below required temp at 127 degrees.
