Observation:Fronts of equipment with smudges, handles to equipment with buildup, bottom shelf of coolers and fridges with debris, shelving with debris.

Observation:Bulbs in kitchen to have covers.
- Physical facilities maintained in good repair
Observation:Flooring throughout in poor repair, kitchen and coolers. Items in back room not needed for facility to operate.
