    Observation: The restroom door to the men's restroom was damaged.

    Observation: The ice machine does not have a cover to protect the ice.
  • Cold and hot holding equipment used for PHF/TCS foods are equipped with at least one temperature measuring device that measures temperature in the coldest part of a hot holding unit or the warmest part of a cold holding unit and located and designed to allow for easy viewing.
    Observation: One cooler unit did not have a thermometer placed in it.

Back steps full of ice and slipped and fell second year in a row. Needs gutters to direct water
