Neither are correct so you both lose.

It should be: "Here are the log in codes."

the way i was taught to remember that, is to rephrase it in my head as "neither one is correct." that reminds me it is singular, one.

What log? Why is it in the codes?

The phrase you should be using is "log-in codes."
