Biden has had the worst problems to deal with of any President in the last 50 years.
He's on a tightrope with the Hamas -Israeli war. All out support for Israel means alienating the Arab states and alienating the Jewish vote in America if he shows too much support for the Palestinians in a year when the vote for President is going to be a close one by all accounts.
The sudden halt in supplies to Ukraine caused by the MAGA Congressional Republicans has already turned the tide in favor of Russia and Trump's asinine remarks about NATO has only resulted in a feeling of distrust for the US as an ally in that partnership.
Like Obama he inherited the Afghanistan mess from Bush Junior and he had to make a hard choice either to go on with the war against to Taliban and continue to send US troops into that most useless of wars or do the right thing and get out which Trump was planning to do anyway.
The best choice he could make as far as the UN is concerned is to ignore it completely since it seems that the lunatics are now running that particular asylum.
