I'm not against solar and folks should have the right to do whatever they want with their property unless it interferes with their neighbor's right to enjoy their's. But I
am against solar fields and wind farms. They're not as "green" or environmentally friendly as people think. They also take away valuable land and resources that have far more benefit when used otherwise. Personally, through research, I believe these solar and wind farms will be coming down very, very soon. Tesla energy is already planned and coming. I've even seen the poles going up in certain areas and spoke to the men installing them. Tesla energy is reliable and, better yet, free. But, that's another topic. Times, they are a changin'.
I found a property I really liked but rejected because there was a cell tower on it that the owner was making $1,200 a month in rent from. Those aren't healthy to live next to.
Looking more into Hayesville, I see that it has a population of 459 people. I love that. I might just be #460.

They sell all their equipment and just collect the rent money while paying the county tax bill each year.
