Use in public or in tribal facilities, schools and community centers is prohibited. Visitors will need to follow hotel rules for in-room use.

The article explains about amounts and what that constitutes in terms of gummies

Daily cardholders can buy no more than an ounce, or 2,500 milligrams of THC products. Often, one gummy is 10 milligrams -- at 2,500 milligrams, that's 250 gummies. Over a month, cardholders can buy no more than 6 ounces or 10,000 milligrams of THC products.

IOW, visitors will have to be staying in the hotel to use? That's not going to be helpful to those in need unless they live on the reservation - or am I missing something?
This is all new for me so I’m confused as well. Regarding my post I believe it will be available to everyone who visits the Qualla boundary to purchase. Once you leave that area and land in jurisdiction of State Troopers and Sheriff’s you can be arrested.
Regarding hotel use I think that hotels will have rules as to wether or not you can smoke on their premises. Probably something similar to the rules for cigarettes.

I haven't been stoned in years...the THC are for occasional pain/attitude smoothing for my neuro situ, and for my CEO's going to sleep soundly/quickly.

Here in my mid 70s, moderation with most stuff, is less troublesome than lack of, back in my earlier less vulnerable days, imo.

I'm with you, haven't been an "over-user" of anything, including food since decades ago.

Nothing like having a couple of gummies around just for those rare occasions of sleeplessness or migraines.

Possession of less than half a once has been decriminalized in NC.

My guess is that law enforcement will basically look the other way on this. I would say NC will get at least legal medical before too long.

Yup, it’s only a matter of time. And about time!
