Cities Skylines won't launch on Epic Games (install, fix)

I've tried just about everything to get this game to work and failed. can someone out there please help me? Thanks!

Use Paradox Launcher or run it directly from the executable, cities.exe

What is wrong? What have you done to try and fix it? "Everything" doesn't help.

In general you can try updating your video drivers:

And next step would be running the x86 and the x64 installers here:

IF that doesn't help, Please gather both these two informational files, and attach them here:

DXDIAG is a program you run from the Windows search box on the task bar. After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.
