The trust may be hard to get back. I heard the tornado before I got the warning. Thankfully, I knew what it was and took shelter immediately.

Looks like a tornado may have hit the north end of Alexandria.

I’m fine. I couldn’t make out a tornado where I’m at.

A tornado hit Chertsey, Surrey earlier today.

Doesn’t happen often...looks like only around 30 tornadoes hit the UK each year while the US averages over 1,100 annually.

Yesterday I went to see some of the damage from last Monday's tornado. The worst damage I've seen from a tornado in central LA.

It hit a sports complex

Insulation and a mattress blown into trees.

UK averages around 50 per year, mostly in the southern half of England.

The UK actually has more tornadoes per sq km than the US does.
