Search on: Pollen.com, in the box near the top enter your zip code. The site will give you the present pollen levels and what the allergens are.
Example: I used the zip code for St. Pete, Fl. Levels are now 8-10 ( high) Allergens are Juniper, Elm and Maple. Check over time to watch for changes in allergens and levels.
Hope this helps.
Yes I use this site. Also accuweather is super accurate. Pretty much mold and dust are high every day. And when it says sinus pressure is high for the day, it is always accurate.

Yeah even my husband has symptoms and he has never had allergies before. He has a massive sinus headache every morning with pressure behind the eyes. Makes it difficult to be a web developer! Also gets itchy irritated eyes (almost like pink eye feeling like something is stuck), fatigue, and brain fog. I get the sinus pressure, fatigue, irritated eyes, post nasal drip, and a feeling of a ball of snot in my throat which Mucinex usually takes care of.

I noticed both our symptoms are horrendous if we go to a park. Last weekend we went to a coffee shop and we were fine. We started walking along some swampy boardwalk at John Chestnut Park. As soon as I started walking I could smell the mildew in the air.

Wow did we feel bad. My face got tight, my sinus pressure was incredible, I got super tired and lightheaded, and felt like I was going to pass out. Felt like crap the rest of the day. The next day I was fine inside the house with my 4 Hepa air filters running. I actually feel worse outside the house - maybe because this has been such a swamp, rainy, overcast winter and the mold counts are just higher.

It's the humidity. The mold. It's Florida. And the pollen is just about to go bonkers on top of it all.
