Well, to me they all look like seagulls.
Sis in law is a native Floridian and said they always called them "cow birds". So I don't know if it's just a term that her own family used or if they were actually called that at one time.

OK, now I'm confused. I thought cow birds were those small white skinny birds you see hanging around livestock and that seagulls were the black on white birds seen most often near the beach. And all this time I thought that two different birds were really only one species? (Where's that embarrassed icon?)

But don't take my word for it. I always thought they were seagulls, too. But since my info came from a Floridian, I thought it was correct. I'll bet there are some internet pics that would tell us for sure though.
